Privacy
What this site collects — and what it doesn't.
The short version: this site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party ad or social trackers, and it does not collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide it by submitting a form.
Analytics
Visits are measured with privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It counts page views and referring sites in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not identify individual visitors.
Forms you submit
If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you enter are stored securely (Cloudflare D1) and used only to respond to you. That information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Email me and I will tell you what is stored or delete it on request.
The Job Value Utility
The trade-off tool runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are not sent anywhere unless you click Share my results. If you do, only your anonymous trade-off answers are stored — no name, email, or identifying information — so aggregate industry trends can be analyzed. There is no way to tie a shared result back to you.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver and protect the site; this site does not store that data or use it to build a profile of you.
