AI is transforming executive productivity — for both technical and non-technical leaders.
What once took me two weeks in 2025 to build, test, and iterate with software can now be accomplished in just two hours with Claude Code.
Even more striking: what previously required two hours of Claude Code can now self-improve with only ten minutes of my input for direction, architecture, planning, and approvals.
This isn’t limited to software. Tasks that used to take two hours of manual AI-assisted analysis in ChatGPT or Claude can now be automated in ten minutes with NanoClaw + Claude.
The executive operating model is evolving. The real advantage isn’t just speed — it’s the ability to delegate more, learn faster, iterate continuously, and focus human energy where it matters most: synthesis, judgment, strategy, and direction.
The compounding effect is powerful. Each cycle improves the next: better prompts, better workflows, better systems, better output.
If this is where we are in 2026, I can only imagine the acceleration we’ll see in 2027.
